Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and includes all original packaging, as used vaporizers cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your MiniNail device and accessories in their original box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
